Orange Sponge Cake for the Weekend

Suitable for an M-sized loaf pan (6.5×9.5×22.7 cm) or a round pan with an 18 cm diameter
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
1 cup orange juice
Orange zest (optional)
2 cups flour
1 packet baking powder
Instructions:
Mix eggs and sugar, then add oil and orange juice, followed by flour and baking powder. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 170°C (340°F) for about 35–40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and slice.
